Abstract

Academic demands during the Covid-19 pandemic can cause mental health problems, one of which is stress on students. The application of Hybrid Learning causes more task loads to be given so that students have to delay their sleep in order to study and do assignments. This study aims to determine the relationship between sleep quality and family support with stress levels in class XI students of SMAN 46 Jakarta during Hybrid Learning in 2022. This is a cross-sectional study with a sampling method using Stratified Random Sampling to 358 populations and 189 sample respondents. The research instrument used the PSQI, PSS-Fa and DASS 42 questionnaires. The data analysis performed was univariate and bivariate analysis with Chi-Square. The results of the analysis showed that there was a relationship between sleep quality and stress levels (p = 0.014) and there was no relationship between family support and stress levels (p = 0.135 and p = 0.729). Students should learn about coping stress as a form of preventing and minimizing stress and SMAN 46 should provide education about the importance of maintaining sleep quality, family support and stress prevention, especially during hybrid learning in 2022.
