Abstract
Over Nutrition is usually identical with overweight and obesity caused by abnormal or excessive fat accumulation that can interfere with a person's health. Obesity can also affect employee performance, resident aged 18 years and working as office employees is the most risk by obese. To knowin Relationship Of Nutritional Knowledge,Physical Activity And Frequency Of Consumption Of Packed Food With Over Nutrition On Employee Of The Coordinating Ministry Of Economic Affairs Of The Republic Of Indonesia. The research design used was a Cross Sectional, using a nutritional knowledge questionnaire, interviews about physical activity and the frequency of consumption of packaged foods with FFQ on 112 respondents with random sampling technique. Data collection by offline. There is a relationship between physical activity and the incidence of overnutrition (p = 0.000) and there is no relationship between nutritional knowledge and the frequency of consumption of packaged foods with the incidence of overnutrition. There is a significant relationship between physical activity and the incidence of overnutrition at The Coordinating Ministry Of Economic Affairs Of The Republic Of Indonesia. Employee productivity can be increased by controlling body weight adn regular physical activity.
