Abstract
There have been many changes in the Covid-19 pandemic that can affect the nutritional status of students, some of them are fast food consumption, physical activity, and sleep duration. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between fast food consumption, physical activity and sleep duration with nutritional status of UPNVJ Nutrition and Non-Nutrition students during the COVID-19 pandemic. This study is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional design. The population in this study were students majoring in Nutrition and Accounting UPNVJ with total of 136 people. The results of this study showed a relationship between nutritional status and consumption patterns of fast food (p = 0.000) with a fairly strong level of strength, nutritional status with physical activity and sleep duration (p = 0.000) with a strong level of strength. The results of the difference test showed that there were differences in nutritional status and consumption patterns of fast food between the two groups (p<0.05). It can be concluded that there is a relationship between fast food consumption, physical activity and sleep duration with nutritional status. Then there are differences in nutritional status and fast food consumption patterns between the two groups, but there is no difference in physical activity and sleep duration between the two groups. In the future, the further research can choose a different research design with a larger number of samples in order to describe a wider population.
