Abstract
This research entitled "Indonesia-Japan Cooperation in Automotive Industry in IJEPA Structure of case study: Low Cost Green Car period 2013-2017". There are still many people understand the presence of foreign automotive industry in Indonesia. Various kinds of Japanese cars for now that many decorate the streets of the capital city and the streets of the region in Indonesia. Not only Indonesia alone, Japan previously held bilateral cooperation to the State of Thailand for now become the toughest competitor in car sales in Southeast Asia. IJEPA is a suitability created by both Indonesian Countries and Japan aimed at improving the perokomian of both countries. The purpose of IJEPA is to help Indonesia participate in the Asean Economic Community (AEC) competition in 2015. The automotive industry is one of the biggest contributors to Indonesia's budget revenues. This writing also explains how the two countries agreed on cooperation in IJEPA, then discussed the development of automotive industry in LCGC car after LCGC policy made by government using several theories and concepts. The author uses the theory of bilateral cooperation as a discussion in both countries of Indonesia with Japan, the authors also use the concept of automotive industry, the concept of LCGC, and FDI which in explaining the concept strengthens in the form of cooperation in the automotive industry. The author uses qualitative methods by explaining the case, as well as collecting primary and secondary data through interview data analysis. The results of this study explain the form of cooperation and implementation that has been realized since IJEPA agreed
