Abstract
The development of the distribution of Rahn's product financing is still quite low compared to the distribution of KCA product financing at PT. Pegadaian. Of course there are factors from inside and outside the company that will affect the amount of the financing distribution. This study aims to analyze the effect of inflation, gold prices, number of customers, and operating income on the distribution of Rahn's financing at PT. Pegadaian for the period 2016-2020. The approach of this research is quantitative where the data used is a form of secondary data from the data of each variable. The research method used is multiple linear regression with the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method. The results of this study are the influence of the independent variables simultaneously on the distribution of Rahn's financing. However, in a partial test, only the Gold Price, Number of Customers, and Operating Income factors have a significant influence on the distribution of Rahn's financing, while the inflation factor does not have a significant effect on the distribution of Rahn's financing. The results of this study are expected to be useful in making decisions based on available information in order to design a new strategy, so that the distribution of Rahn's financing by PT. Pegadaian to the community can continue to increase.
