Abstract
Currently, Indonesia has various online-based payment systems, one of which is using an electronic wallet (e-wallet). E-Wallet or electronic wallet is a form of Finance Technology (fintech) by utilizing the internet as an alternative payment method. Another alternative payment method was recently launched by Bank Indonesia, namely Bank Indonesia Fast Payment (BI FAST). The implementation of BI-FAST is an effort by Bank Indonesia to continue to encourage the acceleration of digitalization of the national economy and finance through fast payment infrastructure which will become a game changer to anticipate future developments in digital transactions, including facilitating cross border transactions. E-wallet and BI FAST currently provide a lot of convenience for the community, but people are apparently more dominant in using the E-wallet service feature on the grounds that the features are easy to use, the number of promotions that attract people's attention, and cheaper transactions.
