Abstract

PT XYZ is a company engaged in services, especially construction. In every project that has been implemented, PT XYZ has not used project risk control in supporting the implementation of project activities. Basically, construction project activities have risks in their implementation. The risks present in construction projects can be minimized by the risk management in their implementation. Thus, the risk management of construction projects has an important role in achieving the development goals of a project. In this study the method used for project risk management is the house of risk (HOR) method with stages of risk identification, risk analysis, risk evaluation, and risk response (mitigation). From the results of risk analysis with hor method, obtained 6 priorityrisk agent items and 9 proposed mitigation actions that can be realized for preventive response and reference in the design of the company's operational standard (SOP) as guidelines in the implementation of PT XYZ construction project.
