Abstract
THE EFFECT OF WORK TRAINING AND WORK STRESS ON EMPLOYEE WORK PRODUCTIVITY AT BPJS HEALTH, DEPOK BRANCH By Alfi Zakira Abstract This study is a quantitative study that aims to determine the effect of job training and job stress on work productivity. This study uses permanent employees at BPJS Kesehatan Depok Branch as a sample. The sample selection was carried out using a non-probability sampling method using a saturated sample technique and obtained a total of 46 respondents. Data collection was carried out by using questionnaires. Hypothesis testing in this study uses the PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis method using Smart PLS 3.0 software. The tests carried out obtained the following results, (1) job training had a positive and significant effect on work productivity, (2) job stress had a positive and significant effect on work productivity, (3) job training and job stress had a positive and significant effect on work productivity. Keywords: job training, job stress, and work productivity.
