Abstract

Infrastructure development is increasingly complex, so it really involv labor to be able to reach target with additional work time, so that way companies will not lose productivity time, however the work accident have also increas year to year because of the high risk. The purpose of this study was to deternine of associated between overwork time, knowledge, fatigue, HSE supervision, unsafe act, dan unsafe condition with incidence of occupational accidents in contruction worker at PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk. This research method is quantitative analysis with cross sectional design, with sample of 96 worker. The data were analyzed univariate to see the descriprion of each variables and bivariate analyzed with chi square test to see relationship between dependent and independent variables. The results of statistical analysis shiwed that the variables of knowledge, fatigue, supervison, unsafe act and unsafe condition had P value <0,05, meanwhile overwork time had Pvalue > 0,05. So, the conclusion there is a relationship between knoeledge, fatigue, supervision, unsafe act and unsafe condition, and overwork time has no relationship. Suggestion that can be given to companies are managing workers overtimes, improving housekeeping and finalizing HSE plan to fulfill occupational safety and health support facilities
