Abstract
This study looks at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia's (BSI) Cicil Emas product and how it helps customers invest. We took a quantitative approach and used purposive sampling, picking people based on set criteria. Data was collected by sending out online questionnaires through Google Forms. Respondents were BSI customers, especially those who’ve been actively using Cicil Emas for at least the past year. All the data was analyzed descriptively. So, the bank should focus on improving product innovation, service quality, digital tools, and Islamic finance education to stay competitive and help customer investments keep growing. This study is expected to provide practical contributions for active customers of Sharia gold financing, as well as offer input to BSI to develop the Gold Installment product and expand the investor customer base.
