Abstract
This research aims to analyze the influence of work motivation, organizational culture and work environment on employee performance at PT. KB Bank Indonesia. The problem faced is the need to understand the key factors influencing employee performance during organizational transformation. This research uses a quantitative method with a saturated sampling technique of 60 respondents who are employees of the PT. KB Bank Indonesia. Data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using descriptive statistical methods and hypothesis testing, and assisted with the SmartPLS 4 application. The results of the research show that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, organizational culture and work environment do not have a significant effect on employee performance. High work motivation, supported by intrinsic growth mindset among young employees, substantially drives employee performance at PT. KB Bank Indonesia.
