Abstract
The objective of this final project is to determine the factors influencing the trust of Generation Z and Millennial customers in digital banks in Java. The study used a descriptive quantitative approach with primary data obtained through a Google Form questionnaire from 105 respondents. Data were analyzed using Microsoft Excel and SPSS through descriptive analysis. The results showed that ease of use obtained the highest average score of 4.27 (very high), followed by bank reputation at 4.05 (high) and system and data security at 4.03 (high). These findings indicate that customer trust in digital banks is influenced by security, ease of use, and bank reputation, with ease of use being the most dominant factor.
