Abstract
This study aims to develop a web-based human resource management information system called MyHR as a modernization solution for personnel management at Universitas Pembangunan Nasional "Veteran" Jakarta. The legacy SIMPEG system, built using native PHP, presented several drawbacks, including a non-user-friendly interface, susceptibility to cyber-attacks, and high maintenance costs. MyHR was developed using the Agile Scrum methodology with modern technologies namely Next.js, Nest.js, and PostgreSQL. The system encompasses five core modules: Reference Data, Employee Biodata, Data Validation, Career Map, and Business Intelligence Dashboard. Notably, the Career Map module provides information on promotion eligibility, rank advancement eligibility, employee stagnation status, career recommendations, and refreshment recommendations. Blackbox testing yielded a 100% conformance rate. The MyHR system has proven capable of enhancing personnel data management efficiency and supporting data-driven strategic decision-making.
