Abstract
The development of information technology has driven digital transformation across various sectors, including the fitness industry. Femm Pilates, as a pilates studio, still relies on manual operational processes such as class bookings via WhatsApp and data recording using Google Sheets. This condition leads to several issues, including the risk of data entry errors, delays in payment verification, and limited access to information for customers. Therefore, this study aims to design and develop a web-based information system that integrates customer data management, class schedules, instructors, booking processes, and payment systems into a centralized platform. The system development method used in this study is the Waterfall model, which consists of requirement, design, implementation, and verification phases. System design is carried out using Unified Modeling Language (UML) and supported by database design to ensure structured data management. The system is then implemented as a web-based application to provide ease of access for users. The results show that the developed system simplifies the booking process, provides real-time access to information, and automates data and transaction management. System testing was conducted using the black-box testing method to ensure that all system functions operated in accordance with the specified requirements and produced the expected outputs. Therefore, the designed information system is expected to support the operational processes and class booking activities at Femm Pilates in a more structured and integrated manner compared to the previous manual methods.
