Abstract
PT Supra Kencana still relies on a third-party system for managing its operational data, resulting in delayed data access due to external server disruptions, recurring subscription costs that must be paid on a regular basis. The purpose of this study is to develop a website-based travel data management information system that can be operated independently by the company without reliance on third-party services, and is capable of managing booking data, payments, and operational reporting in a structured and centralized manner. This study applies a descriptive qualitative approach, utilizing observation and direct interviews as data collection techniques. System requirements analysis is conducted using the PIECES method, system design is modeled using UML, and system development is carried out using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method.
