Abstract
The rapid development of information technology has had a significant impact on various industrial sectors, including laundry services. In the modern business era, the use of technology has become very important to improve operational efficiency and service quality. However, Denver Laundry still does a lot of work manually, such as recording transactions, storing customer data, and monitoring work status. This often causes delays, irregularities, and possible recording errors. The purpose of this study is to Design and build a web-based Denver Laundry Information System using the Laravel framework and Rapid Application Development (RAD) methods. The RAD method was chosen because it enables faster development through an iterative approach that involves users in the analysis and evaluation process. The PIECES method was used to analyze requirements in order to identify system problems and find solutions. The developed system successfully integrated Denver Laundry's business processes with features such as digital transaction recording, customer data management, automatic revenue calculation, and job status monitoring. Black box testing showed that all functions performed as expected by users. Overall, the new information system can increase productivity, reduce recording errors, and provide faster and clearer laundry services for Denver Laundry customers.
