Abstract
This study aims to determine the influence of factors such as dividend policy, sales growth, disclosure, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) on company value, with company size as a control variable. The population of this study consists of energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) that are included in the Refinitiv Workspace website in 2022-2024, and the research sample consists of 123 observations from 41 companies selected using purposive sampling. This study used a quantitative method with a testing method, namely multiple linear regression analysis using STATA version 12 and Microsoft Excel. The results of the hypothesis testing showed that dividend policy did not have a negative effect on company value, sales growth did not have a positive effect on company value, and disclosure and corporate social responsibility did not have a positive effect on company value.
