Abstract
The rapid development of digital payment systems in Indonesia has encouraged a shift in public behavior toward cashless transactions, particularly through the use of e-wallets. Although the level of digital financial service adoption in the DKI Jakarta area is relatively high, the intention to use specific e-wallet platforms, including LinkAja, remains a concern amid increasingly intense industry competition. Therefore, this study aims to determine, analyze, and examine the influence of Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, and Perceived Risk on the Intention to Use the LinkAja e-wallet. The population of this study consists of individuals aged 17 years and above who reside or carry out activities in the DKI Jakarta area and have used the LinkAja e-wallet application at least once, with a total sample of 100 respondents selected using the purposive sampling method. This study applies a quantitative approach and utilizes SmartPLS version 4.0.9.9 software for data processing. The results indicate that: (1) Perceived Ease of Use has an influence on the Intention to Use the LinkAja e-wallet; (2) Perceived Usefulness has an influence on the Intention to Use the LinkAja e-wallet; and (3) Perceived Risk has an influence on the Intention to Use the LinkAja e-wallet.
