Abstract
PT. Hutama Karya Infrastruktur needs to select the right subcontractors because this decision greatly affects the smooth running of projects and operational efficiency. This study combines the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) CCR model output-oriented to support a more objective selection process. AHP is used to determine the priority weight of each criterion and sub-criterion, and the results show that quality is the most important factor, followed by performance, service, and price. The criteria weights were then used as output in the DEA efficiency calculation, with material prices as input and the four subcontractors as DMUs. The analysis results showed that subcontractor B was the most efficient, followed by A, D, and C, proving that the AHP–DEA combination is capable of providing a comprehensive evaluation for subcontractor selection.
