Abstract
This study uses quantitative methods at PT Bank Mandiri Taspen Head Office. This study aims to determine and prove the effect of Work-Life Balance on Job satisfaction, the effect of workload on Job satisfaction, and the effect work environment on Job satisfaction. The sampling technique used was total sampling, so that a sample of 70 employees was obtained. Data collection was carried out through distributing questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is the Partial Least Square (PLS). The test results obtained in this study (1) work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on work satisfaction (2) workload has a positive and significant effect on work satisfaction (3) workload has a positive and significant effect on work satisfaction. The implications of this research are theoretical and practical. The information in the research is expected to add insight to the development of knowledge in the field of human resource management, as material for thought and consideration in solving existing problems. The contribution of this research is to assist PT Bank Mandiri Taspen Head Office in tackling problems, especially in terms of work-life balance, workload, and work environment, to enhance employee work satisfaction.
