Abstract
This study aims to examine the influence of job insecurity, job stress, and job crafting on turnover intention among Account Officer (AO) employees at PNM Mekaar in Depok City. High workload, target pressure, and concerns about job continuity constitute key background factors affecting employees’ intentions to leave the organization. This research employs a quantitative approach through questionnaire distribution, and the data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares via SmartPLS 3.0. The results indicate that job insecurity and job stress have positive and significant effects on turnover intention, with job stress emerging as the strongest predictor. In contrast, job crafting shows a negative but non-significant effect. These findings suggest that employees’ efforts to adjust their work are not yet sufficient to reduce their intention to leave. Overall, the study highlights the importance for organizations to mitigate job insecurity and work-related stress to lower turnover intention among AO employees effectively.
