Abstract

The rapid development of the current era is influenced by the flow of globalization from various countries. The increasingly widespread development of the world of fashion and beauty makes entrepreneurs tempted to do business in the field of beauty, this is indicated by the proliferation of clinics, especially in the field of beauty, but the development of this field must fulfill the rights and obligations of the parties involved. Beauty clinics that provide goods or services to patients create a legal relationship because there are agreements and forms of responsibility in them. Based on these developments, this study will analyze the role of consumers and related parties in practice, especially beauty clinics that offer goods and services, this study also discusses the relationship between consumers and agreements in the practice of beauty clinics, and discusses how the legal protection provided by the clinic. to consumers as a form of responsibility if consumers experience losses due to goods or services offered. This research is empirical juridical, by conducting library field research, then the data used are primary data from observations and interviews, as well as secondary data consisting of primary legal materials and secondary legal materials. This study analyzes the data qualitatively, the results of this study, gave birth to therapeutic agreements and agreements in performing services, because of the legal relationship between business actors and consumers of beauty clinics.
