Abstract
Somehinc as a beauty product company has formed a community to build this image. Uniquely, this community does not offer financial benefits. The members in this community are actually very loyal and faithful in using Somehinc products and participating in activities in the community. This research aims to explain the communication process and strategy to grow engagement carried out by the Something Town Community . This research uses a qualitative method with a case study type of research. The resource persons in this research were 5 informants who were content creators and were actively involved in the Something Town Community . The results of the research are that Somethinc Town Community has implemented various communication strategies to foster loyalty among its members. One of the main steps is to unite all parties in chat groups, which allow direct interaction and active involvement, and these communities regularly hold activities or events that strengthen bonds between members. For special moments, Somethinc also provides special treatment to its members, including appreciation in the form of points that can be exchanged for Somethinc products. This effort not only strengthens relationships but also increases loyalty to the brand and community. The results of this research indicate that the Something Town Community is effective in promoting a positive image through the active collaboration of its members. It is hoped that this research can provide deeper insight into the power of communities in image formation strategies in the digital era.
