Abstract

Students, as a young generation familiar with technology, are among the users of digital banking. This final project aims to measure the level of satisfaction felt by students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Veteran National Development University, Jakarta, regarding Seabank's service features as a means of digital banking transactions. The writing method used is descriptive quantitative with a survey method using a questionnaire distributed through gform and obtained 50 respondents who met the criteria in this study. Based on the research results, the majority of respondents stated that they were quite satisfied to very satisfied with the service features provided by Seabank, especially in terms of ease of use, level of security, and speed of service.
