Abstract
Bu Endang's Ayam Geprek is an MSME specializing in chicken-based meals. As the business expands, it struggles with issues such as unstable revenues, rising competition, and inconsistent chicken meat costs. These can affect the business's financial condition, which could lower the business’s profits. Therefore, a feasibility evaluation is needed by analyzing financial and non-financial aspects. Furthermore, it's important to know the sensitivity the business is to rises in raw material prices, drops in selling prices, or changes in sales volume. By knowing the sensitivity limit, an appropriate business strategy is needed. From the financial aspect analysis, the business is feasible with NPV of Rp180.435.537, PBP occurred in the eleventh month, PI score of 1,070685321, and BEP occurs after selling 62,47% of sales each year. After knowing that the business is feasible, the Switching Value calculation shows that the business is sensitive when the price of raw materials increases by 8,4531935%, the selling price decreases by 5,78613135%, and sales only reach 68,1558167%. Also, the BCG matrix analysis results indicate that the business is in quadrant I and the appropriate business strategy is market penetration, market development, product development, or divestment.
