Abstract

This study aims to analyze the feasibility of the Sego Ndok Mbak Asih branch in Grand Wisata by considering both financial and non-financial aspects, as well as to develop business strategies using the Business Model Canvas (BMC), SWOT Analysis, and TOPSIS. The research method used is descriptive quantitative, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The financial analysis includes calculations of Net Present Value (NPV), Payback Period (PP), Profitability Index (PI), and Break Even Point (BEP), complemented by a sensitivity analysis on raw material price increases. The results show that the business cost structure consists of an investment of IDR 340,903,000, covering rental, equipment, renovations, and operational supplies. From a financial perspective, the business is deemed feasible, indicated by a positive NPV, a relatively quick PP, and a PI greater than 1. Non-financial aspects also support the feasibility, considering its strategic location, efficient production process, and well-managed operations. The sensitivity analysis demonstrates that the business remains feasible under certain raw material price increase scenarios. The recommended strategies, based on BMC, SWOT, and TOPSIS, include optimizing social media and online platforms, creating lunch package menus with promotional pricing, and leveraging delivery services as an additional revenue stream. This study is expected to serve as a reference for decision-making in the development of Sego Ndok Mbak Asih.
