Abstract

Roemah Hijab Salsabilla is a Muslim fashion store located in Binjai City. In facing intense business competition, it encounters several challenges, including sales fluctuations, unmet net profit targets, and conventional business operations. This study aims to develop a suitable business strategy using the Business Model Canvas and QSPM approaches. Data processing began by compiling interview results based on all elements of the Business Model Canvas. The input stage used IFE and EFE matrices, followed by the matching stage using the IE matrix, SPACE matrix, and SWOT matrix. The decision stage applied the QSPM method, followed by formulating a proposed Business Model Canvas. The analysis shows that Roemah Hijab Salsabilla is positioned in Hold and Maintain according to the IE matrix, and in the competitive quadrant based on the SPACE matrix. Ten alternative strategies were generated from the SWOT matrix and used to develop the proposed Business Model Canvas. In the QSPM stage, the top-priority strategy is “Optimizing Inventory Recording Systems and Digital Marketing through Social Media, Interactive Content, and Live Shopping,” with a STAS score of 6.853.
