Abstract

This writing aims to analyze the marketing strategy implemented by Bank Muamalat Cinere Branch in an effort to increase customer interest in the Mobile Banking Muamalat DIN (Digital Islamic Network) application. The focus of this study is to explore how social media and incentives are used as marketing tools and their impact on increasing the number of users of the application. The writing method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The data were obtained through questionnaires, interviews with bank employees, and observations of application users. The results show that social media plays a very significant role as an effective information dissemination channel and impacts the increased use of Mobile Banking. The Islamic sharia propagation strategy as the main theme also contributes to attracting customer attention, especially the Muslim community in the Cinere area. The provision of incentives to new customers who invite other users has successfully increased the number of new users significantly. The features of the Muamalat DIN application also are a key factor in enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty. These results conclude that the combination of social media-based marketing strategies, religious values, and financial incentives is an effective approach to increasing the interest and usage of Mobile Banking at Bank Muamalat Cinere. This outcome is expected to be considered in the development of digital marketing strategies for similar banking institutions.
