Abstract
The advancement of digital technology has changed financial practices, including Islamic banking. Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) responded to this trend by launching the Byond by BSI application. However, as a relatively new application, Byond by BSI faces many challenges that are technical in nature, user customization, and the like. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of attitudes, perceived ease, and Islamic service features on the decision to use the Byond By BSI application on Generation Z in Jabodetabek. This study uses a quantitative method. Sampling was carried out using the purposive sampling method and the number of samples was 100 respondents from BSI Generation Z customers in Jabodetabek who had and actively used the Byond By BSI application. A Likert scale questionnaire was used as a data collection tool. The analysis technique used to determine the magnitude of the influence was multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 27. The results showed that the variables of attitudes and Islamic service features partially had a significant effect on the decision to use the Byond by BSI application on Generation Z in Jabodetabek, while the variable of perceived ease did not show a significant effect. Simultaneously, the three variables still have a significant influence on the decision to use. This finding is expected to be a reference for developers of Islamic financial applications, especially Byond by BSI, to emphasize more on strengthening aspects of positive user attitudes and developing Islamic features that are relevant to the values of the younger generation.
