Abstract
This research is a quantitative study aimed at examining the influence of non-physical work environment, work motivation, and work discipline on employee productivity. The study was conducted on employees of PT Grha Prima Agung with a total of 41 respondents. The analysis technique used in this research is path analysis with the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method, and data processing was carried out using SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results of the study show that (1) the non-physical work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity, (2) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity, and (3) work discipline also has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity.
