Abstract

The increase in learning motivation and technological advancements have driven a paradigm shift in education, including in higher education environments. Today, students are expected not only to have deep knowledge but also the ability to learn collaboratively. Based on a survey conducted among students of the Faculty of Computer Science (FIK) at Universitas Pembangunan Nasional "Veteran" Jakarta (UPNVJ), it was found that many students need help from their peers in learning and find collaborative learning very effective. However, they face difficulties in finding suitable study partners. This study aims to design and develop the "FIK Tutoring" application as a web-based peer-to-peer tutoring platform, using Laravel version 11 framework. This application facilitates collaboration among students in learning by providing features such as tutor selection, tutoring sessions, online classes, and discussion forums. The development method used is Agile Scrum to ensure flexibility and quality in the software development process.The results of Black Box Testing indicate that the application meets the design and user requirements, with a 100% success rate based on the completion of all 69 test scenarios.
