Abstract
This study is a quantitative study that aims to determine the effect of green banking with Diversity gender as a moderating variable on firm value. The data used in this study are secondary data obtained through annual reports and sustainability reports of banking companies registered with the World Wide Fund for Nature in Asia Pacific for the period 2020-2023. The purposive sampling method is used as a sampling technique, with 51 companies or 204 data units as objects of observation. The data analysis technique used is panel data regression using STATA 17. The results of this study prove that green banking has no effect on firm value. In addition, Diversity gender does not strengthen the positive influence between green banking and firm value.
