Abstract
Company performance is a crucial element that determines sustainability and competitiveness in the global market. Employee performance is an achievement of work result based on predetermined standards to achieve effective and efficient organizational goals and affect the success of a company. Various elements can effect employee performance including individual, psychosocial and organizational factors. This study aims to examine the relationship between individual and psychosocial factors in performance engineering workers at PT PLN (Persero) ULP Depok Kota, West Java, In 2025. a cross-sectional study design was used, involving the total population of 102 workers as respondents. The research instruments included the Individual Work Performance Questionnaire (IWPQ), The Workplace Stress Scale, the Job Insecurity Questionnaire, and the Work-Life Balance Questionnaire. The study found that 38.2% of engineering workers had very high performance. Psychosocial factors significantly associated with worker performance were job insecurity (p = 0.014) and job stress (p = 0.011), Multivariate analysis revealed that job stress (POR = 6.359; 95% CI:1.747 – 23.145). Was the most dominant factor influencing worker performance at PT PLN (Persero) ULP Depok Kota, West Java, in 2025.
