Abstract
Concentration is an essential element in maintaining performance, productivity, and safety in the workplace. When concentration decreases, the risk of mistakes and work accidents can increase, one of the factors being fatigue. This study aims to determine the relationship between work fatigue and concentration levels among workers at PT. X, considering age, gender, body mass index (BMI), sleep duration, and working hours. The methodology used in this research is a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design. Data collection Data gathering occurred in May and June 2025, involving 156 participants selected using purposive sampling techniques. Data analysis was carried out using univariate testing and chi-square tests. The study's findings indicate a significant relationship between work fatigue and concentration levels. Based on the results of this study, the company is encouraged to prioritize worker concentration and develop programs that support the improvement of work concentration, especially in high-pressure work environments.
