Abstract
Creative industries that grow from hobbies, such as custom diecast, are experiencing rapid development along with the increasing public interest in unique and personal collections. Diecast products that were previously mass-produced are now transforming into more personal products, driven by a community of collectors who want specific details and designs. However, marketing strategies and customer service in this business still use traditional methods, with promotions carried out manually and interactions with customers via WhatsApp or email without a structured system. This study aims to design and develop a web-based sales information system with an Agile approach in the Fauzah Toys Garage business to improve efficiency in order management, product documentation, and expand market reach both nationally and internationally. The Agile approach was chosen to provide adaptability to changing needs during the system development process. It is hoped that the results of this study can provide theoretical contributions to the development of information systems for hobbybased small businesses as well as practical solutions to support the acceleration of the digitalization of MSMEs in the Indonesian creative economy sector.
