Abstract
Digital transformation in the public sector requires the adaptive and efficient use of information technology, one of which is through the implementation of Business Intelligence (BI). This study aims to design and develop a Business Intelligence Dashboard integrated with an E-Commerce platform for SMEs at DISKOUMPERINDAG, Serang Regency, Banten. The system is built to provide real-time data visualization to support strategic decision-making by both government administrators and SMEs actors. Agile development methodology ensures flexibility and effective team collaboration, while the Pilot Project approach enables limited evaluation before full implementation. The resulting dashboard successfully integrates data from multiple sources, presents it interactively, and positively impacts data management efficiency and decision-making. This project is expected to strengthen SMEs support systems and drive sustainable regional economic growth.
