Abstract
This research aims to develop a mobile-based e-commerce system specifically designed to support Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Serang Regency in facing the challenges of digitalization. Although MSMEs play an important role in Indonesia's economy, many of these businesses still face difficulties in adopting digital technology, especially in online marketing and product sales. The challenges include limited knowledge of technology, lack of internet access, and minimal technical support. Therefore, this study proposes a solution in the form of a mobile-based e-commerce system that can simplify digital transactions for MSME entrepreneurs. The system is developed using the Agile method, which allows for continuous adaptation to the needs of MSME actors. By implementing this system, it is expected that MSME actors in Serang Regency can improve operational efficiency, expand their market reach, and increase their revenue. This research also focuses on the implementation of the system under the supervision of the Department of Cooperatives, Micro Enterprises, Industry, and Trade (Diskoumperindag) of Serang Regency, with the aim of making a significant contribution to the development of both regional and national economic growth.
