Abstract
This study aims to analyze the Byond by BSI application using the SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis method. This study was conducted to understand the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats faced by the application in the context of Islamic digital banking in Indonesia. The results of the analysis show that Byond by BSI has superior features that support Islamic financial principles, but also faces challenges in terms of brand awareness and technical issues. The opportunities for application development are enormous, especially through feature innovation and strategic partnerships. Recommendations provided include increasing user education, strengthening cybersecurity, and more effective marketing strategies. It is hoped that the results of this study can contribute to the development of the Byond by BSI application and strengthen BSI's position in the digital banking market.
