Abstract
ANALYSIS OF NURSING CARE WITH EARLY AMBULATION INTERVENTION ON THE RECOVERY OF MOTHERS AFTER CAESAREAN SECTION (CS) WITH THROMBOCYTOPENIA INDICATIONS AND HISTORY OF REPEATED CAESAREAN Wahyu Putri Pamungkas Abstract Cesarean section is a major surgical procedure that is increasingly being performed as an alternative to childbirth when normal delivery is considered risky for the mother or baby. Although effective in saving lives, this procedure has a risk of complications and a longer recovery period than vaginal delivery. The main problems that mothers often face after a cesarean section include postoperative pain, limited mobility, and the risk of physical and psychosocial complications. One of the nursing interventions that can accelerate recovery and reduce the risk of complications is early ambulation, which is encouraging patients to start moving gradually from the first day after surgery. This study aims to analyze nursing care through the application of early ambulation to the recovery of post-cesarean mothers. The methods used include reviewing the concept of nursing care, implementing interventions, early ambulation, analyzing the effectiveness of interventions and evaluating the results. The results of the analysis show that early ambulation is effective in accelerating wound healing, reducing pain, increasing daily activities, and reducing the risk of complications. In conclusion, early ambulation as a non-pharmacologic therapy can be an innovation in maternity nursing care to improve the quality of recovery of post-cesarean mothers.
