Abstract
Labor is an important event in a woman's life that involves psychological and physiological processes influenced by social and environmental influences. One of the childbirth procedures is cesarean section. Cesarean section is a surgical procedure that can only be performed in certain medical conditions that can cause injury to the mother's abdomen which aims to remove the fetus. This case study aims to analyze the application of Evidence Based Practice, namely Mawar Aromatherapy and Su-Jok Therapy interventions for clients with pain problems caused by abdominal area wounds after cesarean section surgery. This case study was conducted on 2 post cesarean section clients, for indications of Impending Eclampsia, HELLP Syndrome, IUGR in P3A1 and indications of PEB, DM type 2, and sleeping baby in P1A1. Both clients were given Mawar Aromatherapy and Su-Jok Therapy interventions for 3 days, it was found that the intensity of pain in both clients decreased after the intervention. The managed client from a pain scale of 7 decreased to a pain scale of 5 and the resume client from a pain scale of 6 decreased to a pain scale of 4. This means that there is a positive effect, namely a decrease in pain intensity in post-sesarean section wounds with rose aromatherapy and Su-Jok therapy interventions.
