Abstract
As an educational institution, 103 Jakarta Senior Highschool needs to advance its information technology due to the necessity of educational quality improvement. By renewing the company website, it is expected a good impression to public, especially for those who want to study at 103 Jakarta Senior Highschool. Updates made to the 103 Jakarta Senior Highschool web page include an evaluation of the user experience and redesigning the user interface using the User Experience Questionnaire method. The problems found on the 103 Jakarta Senior Highschool website from the UEQ perspective are that the average value of 5 out of 6 UEQ aspects is in the bad category. These aspects are attractiveness, perspicuity, efficiency, stimulation, and novelty. This data then becomes the basis for the need for updates to the user interface of the 103 Jakarta Senior Highschool web page according to each point of the UEQ questionnaire that received a low average value. By conducting this research, an increase in the average value of 1.015 was obtained in the attractiveness aspect, 1.449 in the perspicuity aspect, 2.652 in the efficiency aspect, 0.23 in the dependability aspect, 3.332 in the stimulation aspect, and 1.817 in the novelty aspect. Therefore, the research can be said to have succeeded in increasing the average value of each UEQ aspect on the 103 Jakarta Senior Highschool web page.
