Abstract
This study aims to identify and analyze work culture, mental health, and work-life balance on performance and audit quality of female auditors of generation Z. This study uses a qualitative phenomenological approach with an in-depth interview method with five informants, including female auditors of generation Z and counselors. The results of the study indicate that a work culture with high levels of stress and excessive workload can put great pressure on the mental well-being of female auditors, which ultimately impacts audit quality. Female auditors face challenges of gender stereotypes and pressure to meet excessive work expectations. However, work flexibility and organizational support can improve work-life balance and help reduce stress. This study suggests the implementation of inclusive work policies and mental health training to support the performance and well-being of female auditors.
