Abstract
This study aims to analyze the implementation of the internal control system in AIESEC Indonesia using the OD Model and OD Process frameworks. The research employs a qualitative phenomenological approach, with in-depth interviews as the primary data collection technique. The findings indicate that AIESEC Indonesia has implemented key elements of the OD Model, including the Health Development Index (HDI) and Product Development Index (PDI), as the basis of its internal control system. However, challenges such as implementation gaps between branches and resource constraints remain. This study provides recommendations to strengthen member training, enhance monitoring, and optimize organizational communication to improve the internal control system's effectiveness.
