Abstract
Digital Financial Services are a testament to innovation in the financial services sector that greatly facilitates society. The potential for zakat in Indonesia in 2023, based on research data from BRIN, is estimated at IDR 327 trillion. However, at the national level, zakat collected by official amil institutions only reaches IDR 20 trillion, or about 10% of the existing potential. This indicates that the collection of zakat funds is still relatively small compared to the available potential. This study aims to investigate the influence of Digital Services (X1), Brand Image (X2), and Sharia Financial Literacy (X3) on the Decision to Pay Zakat (Y), with Religiosity (M) as a moderating variable. The research employs a descriptive quantitative method, collecting primary data through questionnaires from 121 respondents in DKI Jakarta, using purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS 4.0. The results of this study show that the variables of digital services, brand image, and sharia financial literacy have a positive impact on the decision to pay zakat. However, it was found that the variable of religiosity does not influence the relationship between digital services, brand image, and sharia financial literacy on the decision to pay zakat. These findings provide important insights for digital zakat platforms in enhancing services, strengthening brand image, and expanding public education to encourage more people to utilize digital platforms as a means of paying zakat.
