Abstract
Introduction: Adolescence, especially being a level 1 student who has heavy academic and non-academic demands, can trigger stressors that can affect conventional and transcendental executive functions, namely in five brain areas. Therefore, screening is carried out to detect those who have the potential to have disturbances in the executive function of the brain. This study aims to determine the validity, reliability, and correlation of the PASH BRAINS questionnaire instrument. Data was collected through a google form by 75 respondents from medical students of the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Jakarta, who met the inclusion criteria, namely 1st level students of the class of 2023 who have agreed to informed consent on the google form provided and who have completed the PASH BRAINS questionnaire. The exclusion criteria are level 1 students of the class of 2023 who are over 19 years old. This type of research uses a cross sectional design. The results of the validity test showed that 75 questionnaire items were tested valid with a Corrrected Item-Total Correlation value of 0.235 - 0.747. The results of the reliability test (test-retest) with Cronbach's Alpha were tested to be reliable because the results were 0.932-0.960. The results of the Spearman Rank correlation test showed that there was a significant relationship between the FEK questionnaire items and the FET marked by the results of p-value 0.007 with a value of 0.308. The PASH BRAINS questionnaire has good validity, reliability and correlation test results so that it is suitable to be used as a research instrument.
