Abstract

This study is a quantitative research aiming to determine the influence of whistleblowing knowledge, retaliation threats, and organizational environment on whistleblowing intention. The population of this study consists of undergraduate accounting students from Universitas Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Jakarta, enrolled in the 2021-2023 academic years. Primary data were collected through questionnaires with a sample size of 134 students and analyzed using the SEM PLS method. The results indicate that whistleblowing knowledge and organizational environment positively influence whistleblowing intention. Meanwhile, retaliation threats do not affect whistleblowing intentions.
