Abstract
This study aimed to investigate the effect of product quality and price to customer satisfaction esia depok region. The data used are primary data and data processing performed using SPSS 17.0. Variable under study consists of product quality, price and customer satisfaction. The analysis used to test this study is multiple regression and hypothesis testing using t-statistics and F-statistics with a confidence level of 5%. With the help of SPSS 17.0 sampling method in this study is a non probability sampling with purposive sampling method. The results obtained that the total score of the responses about the quality of the product and prices to customer satisfaction significantly partially or simultaneously.
