Abstract
Background: ACL reconstruction is a surgical procedure that involves grafting the ACL using tendon tissue (graft). This action is performed to restore knee stability. Conditions after ACL reconstruction cause edema, pain, muscle weakness and limited joint range of motion. Objective: To increase understanding of Physiotherapy Management of Post Op Anterior Cruciate Ligament Phase 1 Conditions. Methods: The research method used is a case study involving a male patient with Post op ACL conditions using Ultrasound modalities and Strengthening Exercise exercise therapy. Results: The results obtained after performing therapy are a decrease in pain and oedema, increased muscle strength and joint range of motion. Conclusion: The conclusion that can be drawn is that the use of ultrasound modality and exercise therapy in the form of Strengthening Exercise is very helpful in overcoming the problems experienced by patients. Keywords: Anterior Cruciate Ligament Reconstruction, Ultrasound, Strengthening Exercise.
