Abstract
Background: Stroke is a condition that occurs due to impaired blood circulation in the brain. Stroke patients often have problem with body movements, especially in patients with hemiparesis. Physiotherapy is one way to help restore the body movement of stroke patients. Objective: The purpose of this writing is to find out the management of physiotherapy in stroke cases. Method: This paper uses a case study using a sample of Hemiparase Dextra Ischemic Stroke patients, treatment is carried out 3 times. Measuring tools to determine functional activity disorders in stroke are the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Score (NIHSS), Manual Muscle Test (MMT) and Barthel Index.Results: The results of the evaluation obtained after being given stimulation, facilitation, breathing exercise and mirror therapy that is, there is an increase in sensory function and an increase in functional activity. Conclusion: To achieve the desired goals, consistency and gradual intervention and training are needed.
