Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of katuk leaf and torbangun leaf flour food bars on the results of breast milk production and the nutritional status of breastfeeding mothers. The research method used is Quasi-Experimental (quasi-experiment) with a design using pre and post-test without control, namely a research design that does not have a control group. The research was carried out for four days. The data analysis used was the Shapiro-Wilk normality test and continued with the Wilcoxon test. The research results based on the Paired T-Test obtained Asymp. signature. (2-tailed) < 0.05, which means there is a significant difference in the provision of breast milk production interventions before and after feeding katuk leaf and torbangun leaf flour sticks. Meanwhile, the results of research on the nutritional status of giving katuk leaf flour and torbangun leaves as a food bar show that Asymp. signature. (2-tailed) > 0.05. This shows that giving a food bar of katuk leaf flour and torbangun leaves does not make a significant difference to the mother's nutritional status.
